As you know, since February we’ve only have one Welfare Rights Officer, Lauren. She’s incredibly busy so there is a delay in getting an appointment with her and we ask for your patience and understanding about this.
The good news is that we have a new Welfare Rights Officer starting in April so waiting time for an appointment will reduce when they are in post.
