On Monday 11 May 2026, allpay changed to allpayments. The old allpay app and payment portal are no longer available.
To keep making payments, tenants/owners will need to update the allpay app or download the new allpayments app. They can also pay through the new web portal.
Who is affected?
Only customers who make Debit Card payments are affected. Direct Debits will not change.

Use the app store links below or sign in at the new portal.
