Planned Maintenance

As you may be aware, we have recently completed phase 2 of the Planned Maintenance programme. Please see below a breakdown of the installations completed during phase 1 and 2 of the works.

A number of tenants refused to have the works carried out for various reasons, however, still have the opportunity to contact us on 0141 959 2552 if they wish to be added back into the programme.

 

Phase 3 of the programme will be commencing shortly. The contractor will make contact with each tenant in this phase to carry out a survey prior to the works commencing. They will also provide a confirmation of the start date at least 10 days prior to the installation date. It is essential that you contact the Contractor on the telephone number provided in the letter if the installation date does not suit you, as it is CCG that co-ordinates the programme, not the Association.

 

There will be 110 properties receiving upgrades during phase 3, please find below breakdown of the quantity of each component being replaced:
