Planned Maintenance

As you may be aware, Phase 1 of our Planned Maintenance programme eventually commenced in May 2021 and was completed in January 2022.

Our Contractor Campbell Construction Group (CCG) successfully carried out the following installations in Phase 1

Kitchens & Partial Rewires

115 Installations

Bathrooms

76 Installations

Boilers

99 Installations

Window

   2 Installations

A number of tenants refused to have the works carried out for various reasons, however, still have the opportunity to contact us on 0141 959 2552 if they wish to be added back into the programme.

Phase 2 of the programme will commence in early May 2022 and some tenants at the beginning of this phase will have already received a letter from CCG outlining their installation start date. It is essential that you contact the Contractor on the telephone number provided in the letter if the installation date does not suit you, as it is CCG that co-ordinates the programme, not the Association.

Tenants should be aware that the planned program may be subject to change as restrictions are eased or reintroduced due to the co-vid situation.

The Association appreciates your patience and understanding as we work towards getting our Planned Program of Works fully up and running

You can help us by-

Letting us know if you or anyone in your household currently has symptoms, is self-isolating or shielding by calling 0141 959 2552. This helps us to take appropriate safeguarding measures and, where appropriate, re-plan your planned works.

Keeping your distance while we are inside your home. You must make sure that you and any other household members stay at least 2 metres away from personnel at all times. You and your family should stay in another room while we are in your home. If possible, please wear a face covering.

Opening external windows and doors whenever you can as ventilation is very important in helping prevent the virus from spreading.

Clearing the area we need to work in of any household items.

Thank you for your support
