Cyclical Works

As the majority of Covid-19 restrictions have now been removed the Association is aiming to provide a normal service for all types of cyclical maintenance within your home although it should be noted that some of our contractors are still being affected by staff absences caused by Covid 19 and delays in obtaining some materials . If cyclical maintenance works are required please contact the Association for advice if necessary and during any cyclical works are due to be carried out within your home we would encourage tenants to wear face masks, increase ventilation and keep social distancing in place within their home whilst repairs are taking place in order to reduce the risks of you catching or spreading Covid-19. Your co-operation is appreciated in reducing the risk of spreading Covid 19.

Gas Boiler Installations 

City Technical Services Ltd. have carried out emergency boiler replacements during lockdown. They have re-started non-essential gas repair works and continue to work closely with the Association in carrying out these works post lockdown.

WSES had to temporarily, postpone most of their planned works. This decision was taken in line with UK and Scottish Government safety guidelines requiring all non-essential construction work to cease as part of the strategy to tackle the Corona virus outbreak and protect our residents, tenants, staff and contractors.

WSES re-started all Close Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance and Bulk Uplift Works at the end of February 2021 and continue to work closely with the Association on carrying out these works post lockdown.
