Customer Advisory Panel – CAP

We’re pleased to let you know about an exciting opportunity to work with WSHA in the setting up of our new Customer Advisory Panel, in partnership with the Tenants Information Service (TIS). 

The overall aim of the Panel is to improve tenant and customer experiences with the Association.

Its activities and the options for how you can get involved will be developed with the tenants who join the Panel and could include things like:

  • Reviewing WSHA services and policies (such as how we manage arrears, or how we let our houses),
  • Getting involved in consultation activities and
  • Supporting the association to further develop tenant engagement activities.

We want to make sure the Panel is as inclusive as possible - so no matter who you are or what your previous experiences of WSHA are, please consider joining us.
