We want to know how our tenants feel about us and what we do and so, between mid-July and mid-August, a number of you will be contacted and asked to participate in a survey. We have appointed Research Resource to carry out the survey on WSHA’s behalf.
All Research Resource staff who are carrying out the survey will have identification and a letter of introduction. Please make sure you see both of these before proceeding. We will feed back the results of the survey to you and let you know what actions we have taken following your responses in the winter newsletter.

As a thank you for giving up your time, everyone who takes part in the survey will be entered into a prize draw and will have the chance of winning one of 10 prizes of £25 shopping vouchers.
