New Bulk Uplift Service Begins

If you experience problems with your bins not being emptied you can report this by phoning Glasgow City Council on 0141 287 9700, by completing the on line form on the Council’s website or by downloading the MyGlasgow app.

If you require bulk to be uplifted and live in any of our stock other that the houses in the Edzell development, your bulk should be left in the back court where it will be collected by WS Estate Services Limited.  They will lift it on the day identified in their bulk uplift schedule.

If you are  private owner in the houses Edzell development you should contact the Council as per their bulk waste collection service. The Council are moving to a request only service (10 items maximum) details of which can be found in the highlighted article, which means the bulk will no longer be collected on a designated day.

If you are a tenant in the houses in the Edzell development please contact our office on 0141 959 2552 to arrange an uplift of bulk which meantime should be placed securely in your garden.

We would also take this opportunity to ask all our tenants to help maintain common areas and the general environment as safe and tidy as possible by ensuring that, particularly during these difficult times, all domestic refuse is properly bagged and deposited in the bins located in the bin stores and that, where necessary, bulk items are placed as safely and tidily as possible in the back court area in order to present the minimum of disruption and inconvenience to residents.
