The WSHA rent consultation for 2025 is now open and we are seeking to gather tenant views on the proposed rent increase for 2025. The consultation will take place over three weeks, with the deadline for responses 21st November 2024.

WSHA have some funding available to help tenants and members of tenants’ households who are attending a further/higher education course at a recognised college or university.

What’s on at the Whiteinch Centre
WSHA have partnered with the Lintel Trust to reward your recycling with funding to spend in the community.
Glasgow City Council have advised that there is a delay in processing DHP requests.
We are aware there has been a recent increase in scams and frauds which utilise impersonation as a core part of the crime. Police Scotland have produced a flyer with information on how to check an officer’s identity.
As you know, since February we’ve only have one Welfare Rights Officer, Lauren. She’s incredibly busy so there is a delay in getting an appointment with her and we ask for your patience and understanding about this.
The good news is that we have a new Welfare Rights Officer starting in April so waiting time for an appointment will reduce when they are in post.
Whiteinch and Scotstoun Housing Association (WSHA) have partnered with WorkingRite, offering placements for young people from the Whiteinch and Scotstoun areas.
WSHA has been featured in the SFHA ‘Thriving Places’ Report, highlighting the role of housing associations as community anchors.
We are taking part in a Lintel Trust initiative aimed to help raise money to be spent in our community.
Lintel Trust has provided a branded textile recycling bank, in partnership with Clyde Recycling, placed next to our office.

The WSHA office will be closed from 1pm on Friday 22nd December 2023 to Wednesday 3rd January 2024; re-opening on Thursday 4th January 2024.
On the 2nd December WSHA held our second Christmas Fayre.
