Paying your Rent
You can pay your monthly rent in many different ways. Find the way that best suits you.
You are responsible for your monthly rent and service charges, and all payments are due in advance.
To pay you will need to know
- Your rent amount.
- Your rent reference number.
You can find this number on your Rent Payment Card. - Whiteinch and Scotstoun Housing Association's payment details.
If you do not know your monthly rent or rent reference number, do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Use your Rent Payment Card
You can pay your rent by using your Rent Payment Card at your local Post Office or at a Pay Point, or online via the AllPay Secure Website or on your phone via the AllPay app.
Use Online Banking to pay your rent
You can pay your rent from your bank account by setting up a Standing Order or a Direct Debit. This way, you can make sure that you never forget to pay your rent.
Use a Debit card to pay your rent
You can pay by using a Debit Card at our offices or by calling our 24 hour telephone payment line 0330 041 6497.
We accept a whole range of payment cards, including MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, JCB and Switch.
Housing Benefit – Help with your rent
You may be eligible to receive help with paying your rent. Contact us on 0141 959 2552 to find out if this help would be available to you. Further help is available from Glasgow City Council by calling 0141 287 5050 as well as through the Department of Works and Pensions (DWP).
