Your Tenancy Agreement

The Tenancy Agreement is a legal document which sets out the relationship between you and us, and the terms and conditions of your tenancy. Both you as the tenant and Whiteinch and Scotstoun Housing Association as your landlord must do what the agreement says.

Make sure you familiarise yourself with Your Rights and Responsibilities as our tenant, and our Rights and Responsibilities as your landlord.

The Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 makes some changes to your tenancy rights, starting from May 1 2019.

Whiteinch and Scotstoun Housing Association (WSHA) had agreed early in 2021 that they would produce a tenancy video that would provide tenants with clear and accurate information about their tenancy agreement.

The video was designed to be easy to access for new and existing WSHA tenants, helping to break down barriers tenants may experience and enable them to have a better understanding of their tenancy agreement.
