Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2026

We would like to inform you that we have once again appointed Research Resource to carry out our Tenant Satisfaction Survey this year. Gathering your feedback is essential, as it helps us understand how you feel about the services we provide and where improvements can be made.

Over the past year, we have carefully reviewed the feedback received from the previous survey and have made several meaningful improvements as a result. These changes were outlined in our recent Spring Newsletter, where we shared how tenant feedback continues to shape the services we deliver.

Last year, Research Resource contacted 300 tenants, and a further 300 tenants will be invited to take part this year.

The survey will be conducted between mid-July and mid-August. Wherever possible, interviews will take place face to face. All Research Resource representatives will carry identification badges along with a copy of this introduction letter when visiting.

If you have any questions or concerns about the survey, please contact our office on 0141 959 2552 and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

As part of this year’s initiative, we will also be providing 100 free shops through our Community Shop, located next to our offices. These will be available from 1st September 2026 on a first come, first served basis. By taking part in the survey, you may benefit directly from this offer, or you can feel assured that your participation will help support others in the community who may need access to essential food supplies.

Finally, we would also like to invite you to consider becoming a member of either our Tenant Voice Panel or Community Voice Panel. These panels meet regularly to scrutinise the Association’s performance, ensure our services meet the needs of our tenants and the wider community, and provide valuable feedback to help shape future improvements. Joining a panel is a great opportunity to have your voice heard, influence decisions, and play an active role in strengthening your community.

Thank you in advance for your time and involvement. We look forward to sharing the survey results with you in the coming months.
