Whiteinch & Scotstoun Housing Association (WSHA) has partnered with HomeMaster to deliver an integrated housing and finance system to manage its 1,300 rented and 600 factored properties.
Following a review of current IT systems, the decision was made to transition to a modern, fully integrated system that would incorporate housing management, finance, factoring and repairs. After a comprehensive procurement and evaluation process, HomeMaster was chosen as WSHA’s partner to provide an integrated management information system.
HomeMaster is the only housing and finance management system to offer ARC reporting as standard. In addition to providing key performance information, it also provides the required validation information to ensure WSHA has a robust reporting system.
As well as modernising WSHA’s approach to housing, finance and asset management, HomeMaster will allow WSHA to develop the approach to services by integrating new contractor and tenant’s portal to access and share information in real time.
Andrew Reid, Director of Finance & IT at WSHA, said:
“WSHA and HomeMaster have worked in partnership from March 2024 to achieve the Go Live date of 4th October 2024. The process has been a significant undertaking for the WSHA team with data cleansing, training and an intense period of system testing. All of this would not have been possible without the commitment of the whole WSHA staff team and the support and professionalism provided by the HomeMaster implementation team. We are now looking forward to using and growing the capacity of HomeMaster to support the needs of our business and our customers."
