How to Make a Request Under The Freedom Of Information (FOI) Legislation

The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (Designation of Persons as Scottish Public Authorities) Order 2019 was made on 17th April 2019 and states that Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) will become Scottish Public Authorities under the act from 11th November 2019.
