The WSHA rent consultation for 2025 is now open and we are seeking to gather tenant views on the proposed rent increase for 2025. The consultation will take place over three weeks, with the deadline for responses 21st November 2024.

Over the next few months people who are in receipt of working tax credit and child tax credits will receive a migration notice from the DWP.
This notice will invite you to claim Universal Credit as part of the government’s plans to move all working age benefit claimant’s over to UC.
If you do not claim within the time scale advised, your benefits will stop.

We are assisting Glasgow City Council with rehousing the backlog of homeless applicants that has built up over the COVID Pandemic lockdown due to house letting having been severely disrupted.
Scottish Child Payment is a new payment for families on tax credits or certain benefits to
help towards the costs of looking after a child. It’s £40 paid every four weeks for each child
under six.
Glasgow City Council has announced a new scheme for families with children at home and receiving Council Tax Reduction which was launched in October 2022 by Glasgow City Council. More information can be found here.
